Every year we prepare yearly budgets, including general costs of primary school and of individual adoptions. From time to time (2 or 3 times a year) we make international money transfers in USD from Italy to Uganda, in order to cover the project's costs.

The person responsible of the project in Uganda sends from time to time reports of the costs, including the precise amount of the money received (clear of change, bank costs and so on). Every year we prepare a general report of the project and we confront it with the original budget. You can see budget down here.
